Monday Muse: Fun.: Some Nights


OMG OMG OMG! I absolutely love this song (weird combination of at least three different classic rock songs from my youth -- with modern underpinnings) and this video (sweet and powerful, makes you cry a little)! Just pretend that the horrid noise between 4:15 and 4:30 doesn't exist.

    *eeep* I LOVE this, too. The first time I heard it, I was like, Ohmygod, ohmygod, ohmygod, that's FUN., what is the title of that song??! I absolutely adore them. I also like Carry On, It Get's Better and We Are Young. Have you heared Pink's Just Give Me A Reason? Nate Reuss is featured there and the song is A-mazing :)

    A very tasteful video in a world of tasteless ones. Should have won an oscar for visual effects. The music is also very entertaining and when you mentioned that the song is an amalgamation of songs "from your youth," it reminds me of Glass Tiger's "Thin Red Line" in both lyrics and video. Then again, I am showing my age.
